Here is a great Super Bowl game the kids can play. You can get the FREE PRINTABLE HERE.
So the big game is right around the corner. Every Year Becky and I have some close friends and family over to celebrate the two best teams play each other. Unfortunately, this year our favorite team (Pittsburgh Steelers) didn’t make it. But thats OK, we still have fun every year getting everyone together.
Every year the kids definitely outnumber the adults. We have have four kids alone. While the adults are are geared up the the game and the new commercials (Becky’s favorote part of the Super Bowl), the kids are always running around playing with each other.
I grew up playing football and actually played in college. So football is something that I am pretty passionate about and wanted it to be something that the kids and I can have fun doing together. One of my goals over the years was to try and teach my kids more about football. This year they had a great time cheering on their teams. (It was usually the team opposite I was pulling for…but thats what makes it fun 🙂
Usually during half time we would play a little Pin-the-Football on the Quarterback. It is a little spin off on Pin-the-Tale on the Donkey. The kids and I would decorate a new player each week, usually the colors of the team we were pulling for. You can get your FREE PRINTABLE HERE and make one with the kids to celebrate the big game.
Here are some pictures of the one we made this week 🙂
