I am looking forward to sharing one of our favorite tips about diapers, as I partner with Kidgets.
We have four kids and I can’t tell you the number of nights that we have woken up to change sheets. Crying, stumbling through the hall to find the crying, feeling for the child, realizing that your hand is now wet, changing sheets, tucking them back in and heading back to bed… now wide awake.
We found that one of the main causes of this was because our kids diapers would leak when they were babies or toddlers. My wife is the queen of potty training- she wrote the book on it, literally (Potty Train in a Weekend) and she trained all of our kids before they turned two years old, but just because they were trained in the day didn’t mean that they stayed dry all night long.
1- To keep our kids dry at night, we first switched to a brand that would hold up for long hours. I suggest buying Kidgets because they provide excellent leakage protection to your little ones. With stretchable sides, the diaper helps provide a comfortable fit for your active baby. The cloth-like outer cover is soft and gentle on your baby’s skin. Plus, they are a great value with 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back!
2- Go up two sizes in their diaper at night. I know this isn’t what you would think, but it has worked like a charm! So, say you get out your pack of Kidgets Diapers and your baby wears a size 2 in the day, you would want to try a size 4 at night. This is how we kept our kids dry, no matter how long they slept. We never had to buy “overnight diapers” or anything like that.
2- Using our daughter as an example, before she was potty trained, we were sure to change her into her bigger diaper right before bed. So, if she has her bath at 5:30 and is in her pajamas, my wife or I would change her diaper into her size 5 right before bed, around 7:00. She is dry until she wakes up (around 7:00 or 8:00 the next morning). Oh- and I use the regular sized ones at nap time, since she won’t be asleep too long.

I would have never thought of going up a couple of diaper sizes at night! Hopefully this will help with our bedtime leaks… Those are the worst!
