Today while my wife was at the grocery store, she called home to tell me that she thinks she left her purse at home. She did… she left her purse and EVERYTHING IN IT. That’s how this post was born. I could not believe that junk stuff that she keeps in her purse, so I had to share this.
(ps- I did get her permission to share this bag. She actually said “Sure. Go ahead- when you have 4 kids, its more of a community bag than my purse.”)
Do all mom’s bags look this way? No wonder she never carried a diaper bag- she has it all in here!

Seriously dude! You have NO idea! I am a grandmother to an autistic 5 yr old and she is with me a lot. I once went to a friend’s house with her,only expecting to be there for a few hours, when we kinda got snowed in. Fortunately, the only thing I had to borrow from my friend during the two days we ended up staying, was a change of clothing for myself! All I had was my purse and the kiddo!
I know… it has pulled us out of many situations…running out of diapers and one was miraculously found in a pocket in one of her bags. Raising 4 kids always leads to a fun surprise 🙂

I totally agree, she is AWESOME! The pic was from one of our favorite restaurants that we go to after church on Sundays. The boys and I usually make paper airplanes with them and fly them outside. This is probably how the rock found its way inside. Never a dull moment and love every minute 🙂
Haha, I was laughing the entire time, and nodding my head, yes, yes! My purse looks like that too, and when I clean it out, it even surprises me some of the things I find (like oranges, a random fruit snack (just one, not a full pouch of them) a broken crayon, notes from my kids…. And of course the random things I carry for ‘just in case’
Yes with 4 wonderful kids, there is always something you need. For instance we needed some napkins today and were totally out. had to get some extra from my parents to leave in the van (we were visiting them for the day). I sure some ended up in her purse as well 🙂

Omg, this is great & I can sooo relate as we have 3 girls & you never know what you’ll find in my purse!! What I wld love to know is what brand is your wife’s purse? Not only wld it be the perfect size for me, but I love the stripe design!!!
